A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS LIKELY TO TRACK UP THE EAST COAST LATE MONDAY
AND TUESDAY BRINGING SUBSTANTIAL RAIN SNOW AND POSSIBLY ICE TO THE
REGION. FOR NOW IT LOOKS LIKE SNOW TO ICE LATE MONDAY THEN
PROBABLY CHANGING TO RAIN ON TUESDAY.
