ICE MAY HAMPER MARINE NAVIGATION ON THE BAYS AND INLETS,
ESPECIALLY DELAWARE BAY AND THE TIDAL DELAWARE. ICE SHOULD GROW
IN COVERAGE AND THICKEN MUCH OF THIS WEEK. AS OF TODAY DELAWARE
BAY WAS REPORTEDLY ABOUT 80 PERCENT ICE COVERED.
