ELEVATIONS OF NORTHWEST NEW JERSEY AND THE SOUTHERN POCONOS. THERE
IS STILL A POSSIBILITY FOR SOME PATCHY FREEZING RAIN AT THE
HIGHEST ELEVATIONS...BUT OVERALL MOST OF THE PRECIPITATION OVER
