* WHAT...Seas 7 to 10 ft at 6 seconds and southeast winds 10 to
  20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR from
  10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 5 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Seas will become very steep and hazardous
  later tonight into Saturday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

...HAZARDOUS SEAS WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS EVENING TO
11 AM PDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 7 to 10 ft at 6
  seconds and southeast winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt.
  For the Hazardous Seas Warning, extremely steep and hazardous
  seas 9 to 12 ft at 8 seconds and south winds 15 to 25 kt with
  gusts up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Cape Falcon to Florence OR from 10 to 60 NM
  offshore.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM PDT this evening.
  Hazardous Seas Warning, from 8 PM this evening to 11 AM PDT
  Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Extremely steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
  cause damage to vessels. Navigation will be very difficult,
  especially for small craft.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for rough seas and consider remaining in port
until hazardous seas subside.
