* CAUSE AND TIMING...A STRONG SPRING STORM WILL TRACK ACROSS THE
  REGION THROUGH TONIGHT.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...8 TO 16 INCHES.

* WIND...NORTHEAST 15 TO 25 MPH GUSTING LOCALLY TO 35 MPH.

* IMPACT...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS DUE TO A COMBINATION OF
  SNOW...POOR VISIBILITIES AND ICY...SNOW COVERED ROADS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

AVOID TRAVEL IN THE WARNING AREA. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO TRAVEL
