* IMPACT...HEAVY SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY AND PRODUCE SNOW
  PACKED ROADS ABOVE 11000 FEET. HIKERS AND VISITORS TO PIKES
  PEAK SHOULD PREPARE FOR WINTER CONDITIONS AND THE POSSIBILITY
  OF VERY HEAVY WET SNOW.
