  MOISTURE FROM CALIFORNIA PRODUCING WIDESPREAD SNOWFALL OVER
  THE AREA WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...10 TO 16 INCHES.

* WIND...NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 20 MPH.

* IMPACT...TRAVEL WILL BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO HEAVY SNOW...LOW
