THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PUEBLO HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS
MORNING TO 5 AM MST TUESDAY.

* LOCATION...FREMONT COUNTY...THE WET MOUNTAIN VALLEY...AND THE
  NORTHERN SAN LUIS VALLEY...INCLUDING CANON CITY...WESTCLIFFE...AND
  DEL NORTE.

* CAUSE AND TIMING...AN ARCTIC FRONT WILL PASS THROUGH THE REGION
  MONDAY MORNING. BEHIND THE FRONT...THERE WILL BE A PROLONG
  PERIOD OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...THREE TO SIX INCHES...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS OVER HIGHER TERRAIN.

* IMPACT...ROADS WILL BE SNOW PACKED MAKING TRAVEL HAZARDOUS.
  SNOW WILL BE LIGHT AND POWDERY DUE TO THE COLD TEMPERATURES...
  WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR THE SNOW TO EASILY BLOW AND DRIFT.

  THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF FOUR TO EIGHT
  INCHES.

* IMPACT...TRAVEL OVER FREMONT AND TENNESSEE PASSES WILL BE
  HAZARDOUS DUE TO ICY SNOW-COVERED ROADS.
