  WEAK DISTURBANCE MOVES ACROSS THE REGION TONIGHT

* AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW WILL OCCUR THROUGH EARLY
  SUNDAY MORNING.

* IMPACT...ROADS WILL ICY AND SNOW COVERED AT TIMES...MAKING FOR
  HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS. HEAVY WET SNOW WILL RESULT IN
