  REGION THROUGH TODAY BRINGING PERIODS OF SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...TOTAL AMOUNTS 10 TO 16 INCHES.

* IMPACT...TRAVEL WILL BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO SNOW...POOR
