* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA...

* UNTIL 345 PM EST

* AT 1251 PM EST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN THAT WILL
  CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. ONE TO
  ONE AND ONE HALF INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE
  FAYETTEVILLE...FORT BRAGG...POPE AFB...HOPE MILLS...SPRING LAKE...
  EASTOVER...WADE...CEDAR CREEK...VANDER AND BONNIE DOONE.

AN ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 0.50 TO 1.0 INCH OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE OVER
THE ADVISORY AREA...WHICH COULD RESULT IN FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE
AREAS. SMALL CREEKS AND AREA LAKES COULD ALSO FLOW OUT OF THEIR
BANKS...IN PARTICULAR MCFAYDEN LAKE IN RALEIGH.
