  the Fishing Creek At Enfield.
* from Friday morning to Sunday evening, or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  6:00 AM Thursday the stage was 9.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage by tomorrow
  morning and continue to rise to near 16.7 feet by early Saturday
  morning.The river will fall below flood stage by late Sunday
  morning.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, Minor overflow occurs on both banks.

* from Friday morning to Saturday afternoon, or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  5:30 AM Thursday the stage was 12.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage by tomorrow late
  morning and continue to rise to near 18.2 feet by tomorrow
  evening.The river will fall below flood stage by early Saturday
  morning.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Flood stage. Minor flood problems begin in
  Fort Bragg near the water treatment plant.

  the Neuse River Near Clayton.
* from Friday morning to Friday evening, or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  5:15 AM Thursday the stage was 6.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to near flood stage
  tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet, The Neuse River Greenway at Covered Bridge
  Road begins to flood.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet, Minor overflow occurs on both banks. Water
  reaches the edge of the Neuse River Greenway trail.

  the Neuse River At Smithfield.
* from this evening to Saturday afternoon, or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  5:15 AM Thursday the stage was 12.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage by tonight and
  continue to rise to near 15.8 feet by tomorrow early afternoon.The
  river will fall below flood stage by early Saturday morning.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet, Minor flood stage. Flooding begins along the
  Neuse riverwalk. Water nears the base of the holding tank at the
  water treatment plant.

  the Neuse River Near Goldsboro.
* from Saturday morning until further notice, or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  5:15 AM Thursday the stage was 10.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage by Saturday
  morning and continue to rise to near 19.6 feet by early Monday
  morning.
* Impact...At 21.0 feet, Riverview Trailer Park homes and Stevens Mill
  Road begin to flood.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, Arrington Bridge Road and access roads around
  Seymour Johnson Air Force Base flood.
* Impact...At 19.5 feet, Ferry Bridge Road begins to flood.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Minor flood stage. Water overflows the banks
  at the SR1915 bridge and upstream of the US117 bridge.

  the Tar River At Tarboro.
* from Friday evening until further notice, or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  5:15 AM Thursday the stage was 8.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage by tomorrow late
  evening and continue to rise to near 23.5 feet by Sunday evening.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins in Tarboro. River
  Road is underwater and flooding begins on east Wilson and St David
  Streets.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, Lowland flooding begins south of Daniel
  Street in east Tarboro.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet, Minor flooding begins. The Riverside Park and
  River Road at the US64 bridge flood.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet, Action stage. The river is bankfull.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage by this morning
  and continue to rise to near 22.3 feet by after midnight
  tomorrow.The river will fall below flood stage by tomorrow early
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 23.0 feet, The upper campsites at the Thousand Trails
  Preserve off US64 begin to flood.
* Impact...At 21.0 feet, Lower level primitive campsites at the
  Thousand Trails Preserve off US64 begin to flood.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Minor flooding of mainly farmlands on both
  banks.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet, The river is at bankfull.
