The Flood Warning continues for
  the Neuse River At Smithfield.
* At 9:01 PM Monday the stage was 17.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding will persist until the river falls below flood stage
  late tomorrow morning.
* Impact...Between 15 and 18 feet, flooding can be expected along the
  Neuse riverwalk and water will approach the base of the holding tank
  at the water treatment plant.
