BEFORE STALLING OUT NEAR THE NORTH CAROLINA AND VIRGINIA BORDER
TONIGHT. THE FRONT WILL THEN RETREAT BACK TO THE NORTH AS A WARM
FRONT ON WEDNESDAY, BRINGING A HOT SOUTHWEST FLOW OVER THE REGION
THROUGH THURSDAY. ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL MOVE IN FROM THE NORTH
THURSDAY NIGHT.
