NORTH CAROLINA LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...THEN SLOWLY PROGRESS
ACROSS CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA WEDNESDAY EVENING INTO WEDNESDAY
NIGHT. HEAVY RAINFALL AND MINOR FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE. A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE...HOWEVER...ENVIRONMENTAL
CONDITIONS DO NOT APPEAR FAVORABLE FOR SEVERE WEATHER AT THIS
