This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Breezy conditions are expected overnight as Cindy`s remnants track
into the Mid-Atlantic. Southwesterly winds may gust as high as 30 to
40 mph at times.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Thunderstorms are expected to develop along and ahead of an
approaching cold front late Saturday afternoon. A few storms could
become severe, with a primary threat of damaging winds. The potential
for isolated severe storms will be greatest between 3 pm Saturday
afternoon and 10 pm Saturday evening.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed Saturday afternoon and evening.
