REGION OVERNIGHT AS TROPICAL CYCLONE ARTHUR MOVES NORTHEAST ALONG
THE NORTH CAROLINA COAST. WIND GUSTS NEAR 35 MPH MAY OCCUR WITH
THE STRONGER STORMS ALONG WITH TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS WHICH WILL
LEAD TO MINOR FLOODING.
