HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA
DURING THE DAY SUNDAY AS A TROPICAL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TEMPORARILY
STALLS ALONG THE SOUTH CAROLINA COAST. ISOLATED FLASH FLOODING
WILL BE POSSIBLE...PRIMARILY IN URBAN AND OTHER FLOOD PRONE AREAS.
