...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL SIGNICANTLY REDUCE VISIBILITY THIS
MORNING...

AREAS OF DENSE FOG AND LOW OVERCAST WILL DEVELOP NORTH ACROSS THE
NC SANDHILLS AND SOUTHERN PIEDMONT THIS MORNING. VISIBILITY WILL
BE REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. THE FOG AND LOW
OVERCAST WILL BE SLOW TO LIFT AND DISPERSE...AND MAY LINGER IN
SOME AREAS UNTIL BETWEEN 10 AM AND NOON.

TEMPERATURES WILL CONSEQUENTLY REMAIN ON THE COOL SIDE...WARMING
ONLY SLOWLY THROUGH THE 50S AND 60S WHERE FOG AND LOW CLOUDS
LINGER LONGEST. ABUNDANT SUNSHINE AND TEMPERATURES WARMING QUICKLY
THROUGH THE 70S...TO LOWER 80S...CAN BE EXPECTED FOR THE REST OF
THE DAY.
