...Areas of dense fog through 900 am...

Areas of dense fog, with visibilities of less than a quarter
mile, will affect portions of the Coastal Plain, Sandhills, and
eastern Piedmont. The poorest visibilities may be as low as a few
hundred feet at times, making travel hazardous. This includes
areas from Roxboro and Henderson, Halifax, and Louisburg.
Visibilities will improve by 900 am.
