PATCHY DENSE FOG POSSIBLE THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING...

Patchy dense fog over the western/southern Piedmont, Sandhills,
and southern Coastal Plain may continue through daybreak.
Visibilities are still less than a half mile in several locations,
with locally dense fog and visibilities less than 100 yards
possible. The fog should gradually scour out over the next several
hours, but may last through daybreak in a few isolated locations.

Motorists should be alert for rapid changes in visibilities.
Drive at a reduced rate and use low beam headlights.
