...DANGEROUS PATCHES OF BLACK ICE DEVELOPING...

THE SKIES HAVE QUICKLY CLEARED OVER A GOOD PORTION OF THE PIEDMONT
THIS EVENING. THIS HAS LED TO RAPID FREEZING OF MELTWATER AND
SLUSH THAT REMAINED ON AREA ROADS. ALL AREA ROADS... BRIDGES...
OVERPASSES... PARKING LOTS... AND SIDE WALKS WILL QUICKLY REFREEZE
IN THE NEXT FEW HOURS AS TEMPERATURES FALL INTO THE UPPER 20S.

MOTORISTS SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION... EVEN ON THE MAIN
INTERSTATES AND CITY STREETS AS MELTWATER MAY QUICKLY BECOME A
SHEET OF ICE.

PEDESTRIANS SHOULD ALSO USE EXTREME CAUTION AS FALLS BECOME MUCH
MORE COMMON AFTER WINTER STORMS.
