...Pockets of Dense Fog this morning across the southern
Piedmont...

Pockets of dense fog across the southern Piedmont was reducing the
visibility to a quarter of a mile or less this morning. The fog
should lift and dissipate between 9 and 10 AM.

Be on the lookout for sudden changes in visibility. Visibility
can drop quickly over short distances, especially near rivers,
lakes and other low-lying areas.
