SPOTS ACROSS THE SANDHILLS AND COASTAL PLAIN THIS MORNING....THIS
INCLUDES INTERSTATE 95 CORRIDOR. CONDITIONS SHOULD BEGIN TO
IMPROVE BY OR SHORTLY AFTER 10 AM.

KEEP ALERT TO PEDESTRIANS AND OBJECTS WHICH MAY APPEAR SUDDENLY IN
FRONT OF YOU. USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND GIVE YOURSELF A FEW
EXTRA MINUTES THIS MORNING ON YOUR COMMUTE.
