  Northwestern Randolph County in central North Carolina...

* Until 1115 PM EDT.

* At 1031 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Cooleemee to near Cleveland to near Troutman,
  moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  High Point, Lexington, Thomasville, Linwood, Trinity, Denton,
  Gordontown, High Rock Lake, High Rock Boat Dock Marina, and
  Welcome.
