FOR SOUTHWESTERN JOHNSTON AND SOUTHEAST WAKE COUNTIES...

AT 713 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS
LOCATED 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CLAYTON...OR 13 MILES WEST OF
SMITHFIELD...MOVING SOUTH AT 20 MPH.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
CLAYTON...FOUR OAKS AND COATS CROSSROADS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER IN A STURDY SHELTER UNTIL THE STORM PASSES.
