COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF SNOW TO THE WESTERN MOUNTAINS WILL POSSIBLY
ADVERSELY AFFECT THE NORTHERN FOOTHILLS IN ADDITION TO THE AREA
FROM SOUTHERN AND EASTERN FREMONT COUNTY...EAST THROUGH MOST OF
NATRONA COUNTY WITH HIGH WIND. THE WINDS WILL THEN GENERALLY
