* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH. GUSTS
  TO 70 MPH WILL OCCUR ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CASPER ON OUTER
  DRIVE/WYOMING BOULEVARD AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* IMPACTS...STRONG CROSS WINDS ALONG HIGHWAYS 287...220...26 AND
  INTERSTATE 25 WILL SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASE THE CHANCE OF BLOW
  OVERS FOR LIGHT WEIGHT AND HIGH PROFILE TRAILERS.
