...High winds expected across the Cody Foothills through
this morning...

.Strong winds aloft mixing down will result in strong to
potentially damaging wind at times through this morning for the
Cody Foothills.

...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM MST THIS
MORNING...

* TIMING...At 3 am, a wind gust of 80 mph occurred at Clark. The
  strongest winds are expected through around sunrise, before
  decreasing mid to late morning.

* WINDS...Gusts of 70 to 80 mph will occur at times in the Clark
  area. Around Cody, west winds between 25 and 35 mph with gusts
  40 to 50 mph. Localized gusts of 60 mph could occur just south
  of Cody near the Cody Landfill Road.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation with blow over risk for
  light and high profile vehicles, including along state highway
  120.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts
of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.
