...STRONG WINDS EXPECTED ALONG THE CODY FOOTHILLS FRIDAY NIGHT AND
SATURDAY MORNING...

AN APPROACHING WEATHER DISTURBANCE FROM THE NORTHWEST WILL HELP TO
INITIATE GUSTY TO STRONG WEST WINDS ACROSS THE CODY FOOTHILLS AS
EARLY AS FRIDAY EVENING. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL LIKELY OCCUR
LATER FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH MID MORNING SATURDAY. THE STRONGEST
WINDS WILL LIKELY BE IN THE GAP FLOW FAVORED AREAS JUST SOUTH OF
CLARK AND JUST SOUTH OF CODY ALONG HIGHWAY 120. WEST WINDS WILL
INCREASE TO 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 45 TO 55 MPH WITH LOCALIZED
GUSTS AROUND 60 MPH.

EVEN STRONGER WINDS ARE POSSIBLE LATER SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY
WITH THE APPROACH OF A STRONG COLD FRONT.
