PM MDT...

At 638 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southwest of Goldeneye Reservoir to
near Emigrant Gap. Movement was northeast at 15 to 20 mph.

Hail up to one-half inch in diameter, wind gusts of 35 to 45 mph,
brief heavy rain, and dangerous cloud-to-ground lightning will be
possible with these storms.

These storms will impact areas from the west side of Casper to near
the community of Natrona. This includes US Highway 20/26 heading
west from Casper and the area around the Casper airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle. Motorists should
be prepared for reduced visibility and ponding of water on the
roadway.
