AT 429 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR PHELPS LAKE...OR 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
MOOSE...MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

THE MAIN HAZARDS WILL BE BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL...WIND GUSTS UP TO 45
MPH AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. THERE COULD ALSO BE SOME SMALL PEA SIZE
HAIL.
