The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of southwest
Virginia, including the following counties, Buchanan and Dickenson
and southern West Virginia, including the following county, McDowell.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Any additional
showers this morning will produce little to no accumulation.
