At 557 PM EDT, doppler radar indicated that prior thunderstorms had produced heavy rain of between 1 and 2 inches across the warned area. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rainfall from prior thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
