Ohio, and portions of central, northern, southern and western West
Virginia.

   Flood Watch.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Gusty winds on Friday could cause power outages or additional tree
damage.

In addition, heavy rains through tonight could lead to instances of
strong rises along rivers on Friday.
