...PATCHY LIGHT SNOW COULD LEAD TO SLICK SPOTS THIS MORNING...

LIGHT SNOW WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE NORTH CAROLINA MOUNTAINS...AND
FOOTHILLS...AS WELL AS PARTS OF SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA AND SOUTHEAST
WEST VIRGINIA EARLY THIS MORNING. ALTHOUGH SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED
TO BE QUITE LIGHT AND LESS THAN ONE HALF OF AN INCH...THE EARLY
MORNING TIMING COULD ALLOW IT TO STICK TO UNTREATED ROADS...AS
WELL AS BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES ESPECIALLY OVER THE HIGHER
ELEVATIONS.

THOSE TRAVELING ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS EARLY THIS MORNING
WILL NEED TO BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE SLICK SPOTS.
