...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 PM CDT THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Missouri, including the following
counties, Christian, Douglas, Ozark and Taney.
* WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1054 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following low water crossings...
Bull Creek at Center Road, Beaver Creek at County Road 524,
Lick Creek at County Road 528, Bryant Creek at County Road
223, North Fork River at County Road 278, Pond Fork at County
Road 883 and Little North Fork River at County Road 916.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Branson, Ava, Forsyth, Hollister, Merriam Woods, Sparta,
Rockaway Beach, Gainesville, Taneyville, Bakersfield, Kissee
Mills, Bull Creek, Theodosia, Kirbyville, Pontiac, Wasola,
Sundown, Thornfield, Squires, Noble, Rome, Long Run,
Brownbranch, Willhoit, Goodhope, Isabella, Bradleyville,
Rueter, Rockbridge, Brushyknob, Brixey, Dogwood, Protem,
Gentryville, Keltner, Zanoni, Elkhead, Hardenville, Garrison
and Drury.
