...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN HOWELL AND SOUTHERN
OREGON COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 PM CDT...

At 916 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Sturkie, or 11 miles north of Salem in Fulton County, moving east at
35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Grand Gulf State Park, Thayer, Koshkonong, Lanton, Moody, Myrtle, and
Couch.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for south
central Missouri.
