TEXAS. THESE SHOWERS ARE NEARLY STATIONARY AND WILL BEAR LITTLE
MOVEMENT AS THEY QUICKLY POP UP OVER AN AREA BEFORE DISSIPATING.
ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP LATER THIS
AFTERNOON. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL RANGE FROM A TRACE TO A FEW
HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH...WITH ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS NEAR A TENTH
OF AN INCH THROUGH MID AFTERNOON.
