The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Fajardo County in Puerto Rico...

* Until 600 PM AST.

* At 403 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain
  have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 inch in 1 hour.
  Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly. There is a small stream out of it`s bank along avenida
  Conquistador.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Fajardo, Luis M. Cintron and Roosevelt Roads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
