SOUTHEASTERN UTAH. THE STRONGEST STORMS AT 430 AM WERE OVER MAINLY
EASTERN GARFIELD AND EASTERN WAYNE COUNTIES. SOME OF THESE STORMS
WILL PRODUCE CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...STRONG GUSTY WINDS...AND
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN.
