DEVELOP OR MOVE INTO PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL UTAH THIS
AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST STORMS AT 225 PM WERE SCATTERED ACROSS THE
WESTERN HALVES OF GARFIELD AND WAYNE COUNTIES. EXPECT BRIEF HEAVY
RAIN...GUSTY WIND...SMALL HAIL...AND CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING
FROM SOME OF THESE STORMS.
