TROPIC...OVER US-89 NEAR HATCH...AND OVER SKYLINE DRIVE NEAR
MANTI. THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING CLOUD
TO GROUND LIGHTNING...LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS...MODERATE BUT BRIEF
RAINFALL AND SMALL HAIL.
