ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS NORTHERN
UTAH AND SOUTHWEST WYOMING THIS MORNING. THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE LOCATED
JUST SOUTH OF RANDOLPH IN RICH COUNTY AND SOUTHWEST WYOMING.
CLOUD- TO- GROUND LIGHTNING...GUSTY WINDS AND BRIEF HEAVY RAIN MAY
BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS.
