AND CENTRAL MOUNTAINS THIS AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST STORMS AT 1210 PM
WERE OVER THE BOULDER MOUNTAINS SOUTHWEST OF CAPITOL REEF
NATIONAL PARK THROUGH 1 PM. SOME OF THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS...BRIEF
HEAVY RAIN AND SMALL HAIL POSSIBLE.
