RAIN SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING ACROSS THE
NORTHERN HALF OF UTAH THIS AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WERE NORTH NORTHEAST OF WENDOVER IN TOOELE COUNTY
AND ALSO SCATTERED BETWEEN THE LITTLE SAHARA STATE PARK AND
FAIRFIELD. THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE BRIEF HEAVY RAIN ALONG WITH
GUSTY WIND AND LIGHTNING. THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE
MOVING EAST. RAIN SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
BECOME MORE NUMEROUS AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. THE SNOW
LEVEL IS BETWEEN 6000 AND 6500 FEET AND SNOW SHOWERS CAN BE
EXPECTED ABOVE THAT ELEVATION.
