TO THE NORTHWEST OVER PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL UTAH THIS
AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST STORMS AT 425 PM WERE LOCATED JUST EAST OF
MINERSVILLE...NEAR CIRCLEVILLE...AND NORTHEAST OF NEWCASTLE. LOCALLY
HEAVY RAIN...CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL
ARE POSSIBLE WITH SOME OF THESE STORMS.
