* TEMPERATURES...LOCAL OVERNIGHT MINIMUMS IN THE MID TO UPPER

* TIMING...LATE TONIGHT THROUGH MID MORNING TUESDAY.

* IMPACTS...SUB FREEZING TEMPERATURES WILL KILL CROPS AND OTHER
