WINDS HAVE STARTED TO DECREASE THIS EVENING ACROSS THE GREAT SALT
LAKE DESERT AND WILL CONTINUE TO WEAKEN THROUGH THE NIGHT.
ALTHOUGH WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ARE STILL POSSIBLE THROUGH
AROUND MIDNIGHT...THESE STRONG WINDS WILL BE ISOLATED.

  BEFORE DIMINISHING.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE IMPACTED FOR LIGHTWEIGHT AND HIGH
  PROFILE VEHICLES ESPECIALLY ALONG STATE ROUTE 10 THROUGH
  CARBON AND EMERY COUNTIES.

AREA SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN GUSTY CROSS WINDS WHICH CAN
MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT.
