EAST AT 40 MPH.

STRONG WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 50 MPH ARE LIKELY ACROSS UTAH AND
HEBER VALLEYS...ALONG WITH PEA SIZE HAIL...BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...AND
