* TIMING...SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL CONTINUE TODAY THROUGH
  TONIGHT BEFORE TAPERING OFF TUESDAY. THE HEAVIEST SNOW IS
  EXPECTED TODAY.

* IMPACTS...IMPAIRED TRAVEL DUE TO HEAVY SNOW IS EXPECTED ACROSS
  THE SOUTHERN MOUNTAINS THROUGH TODAY...INCLUDING THE HIGHER
