  FROM THE NORTH EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...NORTH WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 45 MPH ALONG
  THE RIDGELINES.

* IMPACTS...WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS WILL EXIST ACROSS MOUNTAIN
  PASSES AND ROADWAYS. TRAVEL IMPACTS ARE LIKELY THROUGH LATE
  TONIGHT.

  SOUTH OF THE GREAT SALT LAKE ACROSS WESTERN SALT LAKE AND
  NORTHERN UTAH COUNTIES...ALONG WITH THE TOOELE VALLEY. LOCALLY
  GREATER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE IN PERSISTENT HEAVY SNOW BANDS.

* TIMING...LAKE ENHANCED SNOW SHOWERS WILL EXIST SOUTH OF THE
  GREAT SALT LAKE THROUGH LATE TONIGHT. THESE SNOW SHOWERS WILL
  DIMINISH BEGINNING LATE TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED AT TIMES
  UNDER HEAVIER SNOW SHOWERS THROUGH LATE TONIGHT.
