* TIMING...SNOW WILL INCREASE THIS EVENING AND CONTINUE HEAVY AT
  TIMES BEFORE TEMPORARILY TAPERING OFF SUNDAY MORNING. ANOTHER
  ROUND OF SNOW IS EXPECTED SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT AND
